Sharp Launch The New Aquos R With Snapdragon 835 Chipset And A 22.6MP Camera

Sharp just announced a new smartphone called the Aquos R. It is Sharp’s latest flagship device. This new Aquos device has been in talks for some time followed by a number of leaks. But finally an official announcement has been done. Not a full spec sheet but enough to get us hyped.

The Aquos R has a 5.3 inch QHD touchscreen display. On the inside is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset and 4GB of RAM. On the back of the device is a 22.6MP camera with f/1.9 aperture and a 90 degree wide angle lens. On the front of the device is a 16MP selfie shooter.

The Sharp Aquos R is powered by a 3,160 mAh battery. Charged by a USB Type C port and it also has Quick Charge 3.0. Sharp has not really given us any more details. Nothing on the price or availability. But it should cost a little less than the basic flagship price. But we will surely look forward to upcoming details.
