JVC just announced a number of different Bluetooth headphones. They are the Marshmallow HA-FX39BT, the HA-ET50BT, the HA-EC30BT and the HA-S190B. Not that catchy and they are not even from the same line up but they just decided to launch them together probably because they are all low price headphones. Let’s talk about them a little.
The first of the batch is the Marshmallow HA-FX39BT. It is the first wireless version of the Marshmallow line of headphones. It has a Neckband design with five different color options. 14 hours of battery life and a built-in rechargeable battery makes it the perfect travelling companion. The Marshmallow HA-FX39BT has a price tag of $49.95.
And then we have the HA-ET50BT and the HA-EC30BT. They both are sports based headphones. The HA-ET50BT are a pair of in-ear headphones. They have about 9 hours of battery life and a built-in rechargeable battery. It also has IPX5 water resistance on the headphones and on the remote it has IPX4 water resistance. Magnetic clasp on the back of both headphones to stick on to each other. So you can keep it around your neck when not using. It comes in three colors – black, purple and yellow. The HA-ET50BT has a price tag of $79.
The HA-EC30BT is an ear clip type headphone. These are getting popular and popular day by day. People who work out prefer them off course because they don’t fall off and people are getting used to using them in their day to day life too (Well because they don’t fall off). JVC claims in their website,
These Bluetooth headphones have been specifically developed for serious athletes. They offer cord-free convenience, and the ear clip design means that these headphones won’t fall out while you are running.
It has 8 hours of battery life with built-in rechargeable battery. Also IPX5 water resistant on the headphones and IPX4 water resistant on the remote. The HA-EC30BT has a price tag of $59.95.
Next one in line from JVC is the HA-S190BT. They have a classic ear cup design and an integrated remote and mic to work with smartphones. Has 17 hours of battery and a Bass Boost function to give a dynamic bass sound. With five different color options it has a price tag of $49.95.
That is basically it. They are all targeted towards a bigger audience with a pretty comfortable price range. But we do not really have that much detail on any of them. It’s just small things about battery life and comfortable usage targeted towards the casual user. Not for someone who would go deep into the specs.
